1. Participation in the competition is only possible after the participant accepts these conditions of participation. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation, the general conditions of participation (https://www.sonymusic.eu/general-conditions-of-participation/), which also apply, as well as the privacy policy (https://www.sonymusic.eu/privacy-policy/). 

2. Sony Music Entertainment Germany GmbH, Bülowstraße 80, 10783 Berlin (hereinafter Sony Music) is conducting a competition with a prize draw for a Meet & Greet with Michael Patrick Kelly (MPK) at the Loreley Special Show (on 13.06.2026) for the winner and a companion of their choice. A total of three winners will be drawn.

3. With the legal, physical purchase of the “traces (album & loreley ticket bundle)” by Michael Patrick Kelly (via the store: https://shop.michael-patrick-kelly.com) the buyer has the opportunity to take part in the competition. Every buyer of the bundle can register for the competition once by entering their personal details and order number (of the order containing the bundle) via the registration form.

4. Participation in the competition is tied to the purchase of an “album & loreley ticket bundle” of Michael Patrick Kelly’s album “traces” from Sony Music Entertainment Germany GmbH, beyond that participation is free of charge.

5. Multiple participation is excluded.

6. Only natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation may take part. Each participant may only participate under his/her own name and by providing the required information completely and truthfully. 

7. The closing date for entries is 31.10.2025 at 23:59. The prize will then be drawn at random from all legal owners of the “album & loreley ticket bundle” from “traces” by MPK who have registered for the competition via the registration form. The winners will be contacted by Sony Music Entertainment Germany GmbH via e-mail at the specified e-mail address by 05.11.2025 at the latest.

8. Prize: The respective prizes will only be raffled off among the participants who fulfill these conditions of participation. A Meet & Greet with MPK at the Loreley Special Show on 13.06.2026 will be drawn. Sony Music Entertainment Germany GmbH expressly reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these conditions of participation from participation.  More detailed information on the Meet & Greet procedure will be communicated in advance. Participation in the competition does not entitle the winner to attend the concert.

9. The winners will be contacted by Sony Music by email by 05.11.2025 at the latest. This message will contain all the information required to process the prize. Sony Music accepts no liability if, for reasons for which it is not responsible, the prize notification is lost during electronic transmission and/or does not reach the winner. If the winner does not respond within 2 working days and accept the prize in writing by e-mail, the winner loses all rights to the prize. A prize that is not confirmed will not be awarded.

10. Sony Music reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time. This applies in particular if due to technical reasons (e.g. manipulation of the competition) no proper execution is guaranteed.

11. Sony Music grants no warranty and shall not be liable liability for any prizes awarded as part of the competition.

12. The prize is non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded. Payment of the prize in cash is not possible.

13. Employees of Sony Music Entertainment Germany GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation must be carried out in person. Employees of the agencies commissioned for this competition, as well as employees of the companies involved, are also excluded from participation. Participation in the competition by third parties, in particular third parties who register individual persons commercially with various teleservice providers (registration services or entry services), is not permitted.
